| Had problems with your ISP in Washington State? Hi,
My name is Sarah Lai Stirland and I'm a free-lance writer working on a story for the Seattle Times. It's about click-wrap contracts and shrink wrap contracts for software and information services. I'd like to hear from you if you live in Washington State and have suffered as a result with ISP outages or installation problems. I will probably need you to provide me with some evidence of the problems caused. When I say problems, I mean issues in which you don't believe that the ISP lived up to its side of the bargain, or even lived up to your minimal expectations and might actually have harmed you in some way.
If you know of someone else who has suffered, feel free to pass this along. I can't imagine that this would be hard, given the Excite@Home debacle at the end of last year.
