i lol'd

does anyone here know how hot the card runs that im now getting? i see asus made this one just like their 5850 directcu card with better cooling and voltage overclock ..i wonder how far this thing will overclock? i think around a gtx 480?

i tried googling a tomshardware or guru3d benchmarks for this very card and could only find one site that had a benchmark for it.

btw: i have to wait now till i can buy it..newegg canceled my order but now i have to wait on my bank..and with monday being a business holiday i probably won't get my money back till like the middle of next week.

For temps »www.legitreviews.com/article/1080/12/

The 480 is slightly faster than the 5870 with about 10-15 fps increase in most popular games. However at lower resolutions the 5870 eats it. That being said, you can overclock the 5870 to match the speed and even beat it by a bit, of the 480 with less noise, and less power consumption, and less heat than the 480 at stock. The 480 is a noisy, power hungry, and high temp card.

The 470 is a quiet, power appropriate, reasonable temp card. Normally I can't hear it running and in games (BF:BC2) it maxes out at 90C with a barely audible fan.
