Re: [ TV] FibeTV is a complete joke!

Hey thanks again for the reply. I don't mean that my old number qualified back then. Like I got my Bell land line maybe 2 years ago, 416-686-XXXX which I ported to Primus maybe 2-3 months ago. On the phone today with the FibeTV people, I still use that phone # for them to bring up my account since they seem to have difficulty otherwise. Since it's still my home phone # just with Primus, I guess it still comes up in your system. Anyway, when they checked that number today and Friday it shows I can get FibeTV. If they check my address, or my dry loop number both those show I can't get FibeTV.

My thing is if I go to bell.ca and click internet and check availablility, if I use my address it says they can't validate my address. If I use my dry loop # it says they can't validate what services are available, but if I use my old 416-686-XXXX Bell line which is now Primus, it shows up to Fibe 25 available. Keep in mind, Primus is voip, so only the number went to them, the physical line into my home is still Bell with my internet on it.

If you wanted to check the dry loop as mentioned that would be greatly appreciated. Let me send you a private message with the info, thanks so much!!
