I have Hawaiian Telcom's DSL service as a part of the MyChoice bundle my parents subscribe to.
1. HawTel's DSL doesn't use PPPoE. 2. When HawTel used to be Verizon Hawaii you had to commit to a contract to get DSL service. This no longer the case with HawTel's DSL service.
