i build the jungle item with the health on it, then go for sunfire then the MR/extra life absorb item (cuz it's stupid OP on him when picking up bloblets.
i level up my E first, followed by Q, ult as it's available. with the items you pick up, you get tons of CDR so your W is spammable, one level in it is more than enough to wreck, since it's %life based damage much like amumu's w.
Nasus got me into gold and is getting my win rate up again. He's just too strong up top. Build a counter item to counter top, either a Frozen Heart or a Spirit Visage depending on AD or AP. Build your boots against the opponent and then just get tri-force as your only damage item. Everything else is pure tank.

Had a game the other day where this toxic Jax player was on my team, saying I was trash and belonged in Bronze. I got matched against him the game after. And... Revenge is a bitch.
Gold is going to be a rough track for me. My cait bottom lane isn't strong enough anymore. My mid is ok. My jungle is hit or miss. I either get the ganks or the whole game falls apart. My Nasus top is really really strong.

I felt bad for Trist, Nasus was charging her like a boss, the second she would rocket jump away he would ignore her and get on other people and I'd go in for the kill and just blow her up.
But one thing that always bugs me. People just don't understand "Stay safe I'm taking these towers". Okay granted the person with like 9 of 12 kills split pushing is not the most ideal situation. But, when they take dragon, a tower, and are working on the next tower it's fine to concede an outer turret! Dragon + 2 turrets > 1 turret!
Okay. So far I have worked my way up from Bronze 4 to Silver 3 in about 10 days and something interesting happened that I didn't know could happen. After successfully completing my promotion series in Silver 5, it jumped me from Silver 5 right into Silver 3, basically skipping all of Silver 4. (Not complaining)
Hopefully I can get into gold before the end of the season, but we'll see.
I'm doing well in my ranked games also. My win ratio keeps getting higher, been doing more duo-queue than solo queue so it's not been bad at all. Frustrating part is doing well 2-3 games in a row then getting a team where everyone feeds but you. I wish the client displayed your teammates KDA when you go and look at an individual game in your profile.
This here new fangled ranking system. Has it helped keep the douchbaggery down? I had to put LoL down because every game was dbag central.

i do it on purpose, mainly b/c any role I play, i can justify that needed gold, most especially if it's a shutdown. If i'm top, it's because i need to it shut down enemy top. MId is for total map pressure. Jungler is to prevent roaming, adc is because i need the item advantage and support because pinks and oracles be expensive.
Pfft, tanky supports need major gold to initiate early team fights and gain advantages over the enemy.
My Taric needs them gold coins! So I run into low enemy hp team fights and ult, and watch myself get double/triple kills all the time, laughing at the cursing ADC cause he got assists Or I secure a kill while the ADC is back at base, cause for the first 10ish minutes of game, I usually don't go back and outlvl/gold their team.
