Hi Subaru,
Most of the armbands are good. It is up to you to know what you want: Velcro strap or elastic. You can get a good sport one for around $30. What kind of activity will you be doing?

You are going to run, and watch video?

Perhaps it is better to run, and watch for trees, street signs, pot holes, other runners, cars,...

LOL well I picked one up today. it's Velcro and has a reflective band should I run at night..

Funny thing is my earphones are missing... missing for like 6 months trying to resist to spend money for some more but if I do I will spend a bit more then the $25 I spent on the lost ones.

picked these up to run with:

for $10 they are comfortable, over the ear instead of in the ear, and sound good. i like the over the ear as I can still hear things around me

They allow you to still hear the ambient sounds around you.

Or do you plan to block out all of your hearing, while you watch video as you run in traffic?

I should be traffic free on a treadmill

Those things are dangerous. Earlier this year, my wife fell on one and dislocated her shoulder. Cost us a couple of grand for her free one month health club membership.
