Especially since 802.16m is supposed to be coming down the pike. It is supposed to be a LOT faster, and will be true "4G".
I don't see why people want WiMax to die either, as it is a very viable alternative to other competing products. If it weren't for WiMax, I'd still be on a shoddy DSL connection.
