Just handed the phone over to my daughter's bf to talk to Frontier service tech. We were promised a tech would be here between 9am - 2pm today to replace my daughter's set top box. Her service is tied to the wireless router downstairs and they can't figure out why. The guy on the phone tells me they didn't create a ticket to be out here today. So why is he calling me??? Great service. I might just take the day off tomorrow so that I can call customer no service and tell them a thing or two.
