| It sounds intentional to me... What a great way to shed some light on the ridiculous caps faced by Canadians than to offer a very high profile service that is completely unusable. It also sets up the right conditions for lawsuits to fight these kinds of caps or to pressure legislators to do something about these punitive and innovation-restricting pricing models. |

Unfortunately our federal regulator seems to be in bed with the large telcos and cablecos here. It is extremely difficult to get anything moving on that front.
