I have had Netflix for a long time, like streaming and do that over TV channels and to test a theory ran what I considered average movie watching [Somebody that actually has a job and pays the bills, so 24/7 won't count]; surprise, 40G a month measured out by Comcast's own tool is the MAX I used, checking two days before the end of the month. That's including "Normal" internet usage [Extract the Torrent crowd from this saga.]
It's doable.
