French?

There's barely a frenchman left in Canada. French must rank at the very bottom of all the languages spoken in Canada. The market for french in non-existent. There remains a huge market for Chinese, Japanese and Hindi.

Quebec has 7 million people, the majority of which speak French. Northern New Brunswick also has a pretty solid French speaking population (cough Acadian?).

The French population is just centralized in one area, so if you're not there, you don't notice much French being spoken.

That still about 20 percent of Canada's population, a pretty sizable market.

French is an official language along with English and is entrenched/guaranteed in Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
