Yes, Nexicom has a fiber cut effecting that area. Crews worked on it all night and continue to work on it this morning. The issue is isolated but still unable to provide an ETA yet.

Is there a possibility there may be still issues with this line. The speed of my internet seems greatly reduced, it doesn't feel as fast before the outage and speedtest.net is coming back 3.00 Mb/s or less, I'm pretty sure when I was playing with it when I first switched to Nexicom it was up around 6 to 7 Mb/s.
Just curious or may there be something else on the go? |

When I checked right after the splice it was error free though.

I would get in touch with the helpdesk to submit a ticket to see what they can see.
