When my net was down, my upstream power shot up from 39 dbmv to 58 dbmv... resetting it did no good until they fixed it the same day.
I live a couple of miles off Martin Bluff Road in the new neighborhood they just built and the fastest internet we get is Cable One, AT&T only offer's 1.5mbps DSL

but I have phone, internet, and TV and up until probably 2 weeks ago it would literally go out every night and when it rained.
