| The complaintants make the news The complaintants make the news, that is all, people love to complain and news sites love to propgate that. It is nothing new, so if 27% pf the people were'nt very happy (which, IMO, is still very high) then those people are going to make much more noise than the people that are complacent with how it works for them. I'm not going to go out of my way to tell someone that something works as I think it should and am very satisfied, but I will if I'm not.
