In the profitable areas we need more competition but in the unprofitable areas we need a regulated monopoly or government owned (privatize the actual service) broadband. BTW, anywhere the dominant provider or duopoly says that FiberToTheHome in the next five years is too expensive should automatically be considered unprofitable and therefore a heavily regulated area. |
