Win XP, AOL 7.0 and WESTELL MODEM-->Please Help

im trying to get online with AOL and this Westell DSL modem...my lines been provisoned...long time ago..but it still cant get on......the stuid AOL software says , DSL STATUS: Not Installed. (in the AOL SYstem Information Connectivity SUmmary Tab)...

please can someone help me out..i want to get online...
please...

is there any other way?...AOL cannot help....thye say that there is nothing they can do now..thye have made me do evyerthing....(they suck)

please help me...ill be really great full..
