Unfortunately, it is hard to measure, since the government-nongovernment interaction is different in every case. Therefore, it becomes almost meaningless.
If you could take away all of the implementation laws, taxes, governmental influences, etc., then looked at the profitability and quality of product, then you'd have an imaginary world that doesn't exist, unfortunately. |
