| Marketing propaganda I am sure they are getting their pockets greased for promoting a favorable 'value for the money' Their speedtests are inaccurate. A lot of big ISP's use their servers and or software for their own tests which display inaccurate data too. Ping times results are no where near real time.... Wasn't the FCC duped into using them at the beginning also.
I put no confidence or credibility in their results.
