| Are you trying to improve 3G or 4G performance?
From the 3G store:
IMPORTANT: The 250U has 2 antenna ports, one for a 4G antenna (which are not yet available) and one for a 3G antenna. This antenna will improve your 3G signal, but the 4G signal will NOT be affected. Sierra Wireless has stated that they have NOT certified any antennas that are intended to improve both 3G and 4G signal. Other retailers may be selling antennas for 3G/4G, but they are NOT certified for use by Sierra Wireless and are not recommended; they may even damage the device or cause signal degradation. If you plan to use an antenna with the 250U, it's important to understand that only 3G antennas are compatible (for now - until a manufacturer makes a 4G antenna that's compatible), and you must use them in the rear (away from the Sprint logo) of the two antenna ports (the one intended for 3G antennas). |

Hey Matt, I bought one at Walmart for 20$, I was on the outskirts of a 4g area near Dallas,Tx and only had 2 bars and wasn't getting the full benefit of my WiMax, so got one of those antennas, and it worked great!
Afterwards I was able to pull in a consistent 4-5 bars and i went from about 1.3 Mbs to 6-9Mbs, so yeah i found mine at Walmart it was some generic brand but it does work. |

| Hey can anyone post a link/URL to an indoor antenna that's worked for you?
I searched the walmart website for wimax and nothing. I hat to go on a goose chase in person. You think Walmart will have the antennas if they carry the clear modem?
