Sprint has decent coverage in my area

We made the switch to Sprint from Verizon in February. I've noticed a few dropped calls, and the signal is weaker in some areas. However, we haven't had any MAJOR issues with Sprint. And, for the plan we have, I'm willing to accept minor issues because we're getting much more for our money than we were with Verizon.

VZW is great, but my work phone is ATT and it drops calls like it is normal, especially if they send my ass to the Brooklyn office. In densely populated areas I just expect to drop calls on ATT.

One caveat is that ATT is the only thing that works in the deep woods of the Adirondacks so it is a good emergency phone.

I had VZW for a longtime, they were Bell Atlantic Mobile when I signed up with them, but Sprint became just as good, and they covered the highways better IMO, and I was on the road a lot at the time so five years or so ago I switched.

Customer service used to be horrible, over the last year it suddenly became the best. People even call you back to make sure the help was still useful, and have you rank them. I would say Sprint did a hell of a number in changing CS. Plus there is no more Dan from Bangalore, it is all US.

·WOW Internet and..

not all of their company uses USA based support. they still outsource a good share. Especially for their other brands.

And i wasn't talking about coverage. I was talking about price. TMO and Sprint are the lowest cost providers. ATT and VZW are the most expensive.
