It is true their CS used to suck, but it is above all now with call centers in the USA. My building is old and has poor cell service, they gave me a free AIRAVE with free service.
Never worry about minutes, data, or anything, roaming is free.
Drive through battery tunnel, you'll loose service. Was one of the reasons I left sprint and went to verizon.
