Have you tried contacting teksavvy?

The $100 fee is only if the problem exists with your internal wiring inside your home, its levied by Bell Canada. Bell is responsible for the wiring up until the demarcation point. I suggest you call teksavvy or post your personal details in the direct forum.

Toronto CAN.

It sucks when you have a bad connection. Hopefully TekSavvy can get Bell to rectify the problem for you so you can enjoy your TekSavvy service.

I believe a few days ago there was a down time at Bell network, my line got knocked down as well until I rebooted my modem and contacted via online direct TSI support.

Now I'm fine, sometime you may be unlucky after switching and end up in the network downtime period for everyone.

May the force be with you.

Also check their network status from TSI: »teksavvy.com/en/status.asp
