I think you should revise your question to GTX260 216core to a GTX460. The 465 is slower when compared to the 1GB version of the 460 and it generates more heat.
ok I added more detail the reason I'm asking is I currently have a GTX260 216Core because I decided not to get the GTX285 due to a new card being just over the horizen and not I think the 465 has stabilized where as the early 400's were getting bad press for over heating
so 2 possible outcomes 1. buy the GTX465 very soon 2. wait for the GTX600's
if the 465 is only a small upgrade I might not bother if tis a fairly good one then I might jump on it
