USA | VZW v. TMO I switched to TMO from 15 years of what became VZW precisely due to customer service. I had one billing issue years ago with TMO, but they resolved it at their expense and to their loss. I thanked them and have rewarded them with my business for 5+ years now. My wife left VZW for the exact same reason. She's had no problems whatsoever with TMO.
Happy customers here with no intention of switching.
