For us, there is (or at least was) a CS department located in the next town over. They knew the phones, had great computer systems, and bend over backwords to help the customer.
Heck, three days ago I called to switch my plan from a Blackberry plan to an Android plan. I called the 611 number, and the rep not only picked up within two minutes, but they also had the entire thing done in less than 5. They made sure they were able to keep my old rate plan before they did anything (which VWZ dosen't care about), which will save me $10 a month compared to the current plans.
I wish they would have kept their VIP program in tact -- that made it a real pleasure for me to toot their horn, but they still a model CS group for the industry. (Note: I've had an account with them for 7 years now -- my work phone is from VWZ, so I have to deal with both). |
