Re: This must be regional and language centric. AT&T has great service in more than "the sticks." Here in TX, AT&T has outstanding service in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, El Paso, etc. These places are not by any chance "the sticks."
AT&T also works very well in,
Philadelphia, Washington DC, Seattle, Miami, Tampa, Albuquerque, and other various places.
Customer care for AT&T throughout my experience (customer for going on 5 years now) has been great. I'm never talking to someone from overseas, every time I call regarding cell service, it's a person who is fluent in English. |
