| Problem receiving calls I've had callcentric for about a year. Every so often inbound calls will not connect. The phone will ring, i pick up and hear clicking sounds but nothing else. I've filed trouble tickets but to no avail. I have a PAP2T ATA. I've put the ATA in a DMZ to see if there was any problem with the router. It hasn't helped.
I have comcast cable internet with 20Mbps download and 3Mbps upload. So speed shouldn't be an issue.
If this continues, the wife will force me back to AT&T. Any help is appreciated. |
