| Good price, Good service, but... Sprint's customer service is nothing special. They'll give you calls every once in awhile to see if your satisfied with the service, but the reps can't actually do anything with your plan that you couldn't do yourself online.
Also my last 'customer satsifcation' phone call was a blind attempt to add a line to my phone -_-.
Also be very VERY sure to have the money on the due date, because they won't do any financing besides tell you to call your bank.
I'm probably going to have to switch to T-Mobile after having been overcharged twice, having plans unnecessarily sold to me, and no help whatsoever when trying to meet their deadlines.
Good Bye Sprint(and i HIGHLY Suggest NO ONE gets their service.) | | |
