URL logs?

I was just curious if anyone knew whether or not Cricket keeps detailed logs of every URL you visit. I know that they keep your IPs but do they keep what URLs those IPs visit? I also know that AT&T and Verizon say that they don't, but is that because they're so big and it would be too difficult?

I saw on the news this past February that congress was debating whether or not to force ISPs to keep their info for two years, but I don't think that passed.

Anyway, I never knew there was such a huge debate about this whole thing. I've always been into tinkering with computers, but not really the internet. I haven't really been able to find a comprehensive anything that actually details what ISPs keep and don't keep.

no they do not, you are correct to say it's too big, difficult, and expensive.
