Crunchers will be chugging along while I'm gone.
I'll be in the hospital for some surgery starting Fri. morning.
I'm nervous as anything but should be back at the keyboard
hopefully Monday.
Doctors and I have been watching some sort of growth for
the past few years between my lungs. They said it needs to
come out now. What a way to spend the weekend. lol
Keep everything crunching and I'll talk to everyone soon.

| Thank you sooo much everyone...
I went on Friday and they could not do what they needed to do.
When they went in to check my lungs with the camera,
my right lung airway was about 95% blocked with scar
tissue from an old surgery I had back when I was little.
The opening was about the size of a straw or smaller.
They opened up the airway. I stayed overnight and was home
on Saturday. I'm been having a hard time with the breathing tho.
Its like new air volume, coughing up gunk from the opening.
I have to run and get some more xrays today
for them to have an update look. I'm hurting but on the
slow road back to 100%.
Then I have to go back in a few weeks for the original
procedure... Gotta love it. |

Ok here is the shizo as Lisa would say...
I was a coughing mess this week. They went in today and found the roto-rooter job closed up again. I have 3 stints in now which are not to stay. They cryoed the opening and the stints are to help the airway heal open I guess.
Huge 3rd round to remove the tumor after this enjoyment in the coming weeks.

I'm a nut case right now after finding this out Monday.
Back for surgery again on Thur morning.
Left lung nice and working fine.
Right lung, collapsed because the airway is scared closed.
Heart is shifted to the right a little now that the lung
is not inflated.
They are going to cut the airway to the right lung,
cut out the extra ring that keeps scaring closed,
sew it back together. |
