Now, you told me you're living in montreal. Afaik, Cogeco doesnt deserve the montreal area, while Videotron does.
I have to admit that I have a custom-design network too. What I mean is that, your internet service might be degraded if you're using unstable network hardware, such as cheap routers with a lot of bugs. |
