Hi my name is Rixie and I'm an employee of At&t. I just read your comment and I don't understand why they keep charging you $55 if the installation process is already terminated. It is possible that your sales rep charged you for the ConnecTech service, but that is a $50 one time charge only. Please contact me if you have any problems with your U-verse system or your bill doesn't seem to lower its price. Thank you!
