Filing a Complaint Against a Comcast Employee

Does anyone know the best process to file a complaint against a Comcast employee?

Call / go in to the local office if it's a field employee or the Corporate escalation number.

On here, the direct forum would be your best bet.

Probably another tech that went in the back yard story. Just a guess of course.

Maybe it was like these two rocket scientist who decided to rob the good people of Schuylkill County in a Comcast contractor's van.

No, he lied. After a month of waiting for Comcast to run a new underground line, he claimed he had set up an installation appointment (I moved to a new house).

They didn't come. And when I called customer service, there was no record of an appointment, there was no record of him having even recorded notes in my account, and in fact, they had closed my previous location account a month before.

And now he won't answer his phone when I call. He lied to me for two straight weeks.

Sorry, but Comcast senior management needs to do something about DSR that lies to customers.

Sounds like most DSR's.. make sure you follow up with their supervisor.

Well, their supervisor wasn't much better. I got the impression that neither one of them really had a clue as to how the process worked.

After Saturday, I finally just called Customer Service direct, and they got it all straightened out.

I am not sure how I got put into the DSR queue, anyway. I was dealing with Customer Service until about 2 weeks ago, then the DSR guy called and said he would be handling my account.

What he didn't say was that by handling, he meant "fumble like Earnest Byner".
