Awful

Yeah their tech support is less-than-acceptable.
Even the US based business tiers IMHO.

For future reference you might try Google's
DNS -- »code.google.com/speed/public-dns/
8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ... It's useful for troubleshooting
and in a pinch w/o DNS redirects.
