| Fishing is a sport too, why don't you care? I keep seeing ads for the fishing network to come to Directv and it's caught my attention.
I am a serious fisher-woman and for me there's no such thing as too much fishing. I'm not naive, I understand that not everyone out there's a serious fisherman but i can sure tell you, Directv, that there are a lot of us!
Almost every other sport has a dedicated channel specifically for it (golf, hockey, baseball, tennis, soccer, etc) and it's starting to tick me off that you don't acknowledge fishing as a sport. I don't care to watch soccer or tennis and nor do a lot of other people, but at least those people who do like it, have the option to subscribe.
There is next to no fishing television available leaving us with nothing! And different strokes for different folks, right? Let me watch what appeals to me, and those who don't like it don't have to watch it.
I don't understand why you won't make this available. I'm sure there's a lot of other fisherman who feel the same way.  | |
| Ya i love fishing too and ive seen those ads for wfn. i mean soccer fans get goltv, racing fans get speed, golf fans get the golf channel.

| Outdoor Channel never has fishing programming on. I know they actually do show it, but it seems whenever I'm available to watch TV, it's always something other than fishing. I won't even watch it if i know hunting's on. There's no 'live release' when it comes to hunting. If i want to see something get shot, I'll turn on the news, thank you. | |
