Re: [BT] µTorrent 2.0.3 If you were concerned about it enough to still be way back on 1.6.1, you should use a different client, preferably open source. There will always be concerns about new utorrent versions because it's impossible to serve 2 masters with such opposite interests(MPAA/RIAA who bought Bram Cohen who bought utorrent vs filesharers). My advice to anyone who asks is to steer clear. People have choices of good clients without such questions surrounding them on pretty much any platform. utorrent offers nothing unique of value to the table, with today's choices.
