SB6120 Reset Button? Were? Also P/N Numbers?

I was reading the User Guide SB6120 Modem, Chapter 3 Troubleshooting, Page 26, and there is mentioned of a reset button on the rear panel of the modem. Well I don't see such a item. Can any one give me any info about this? New modem and have yet to sign up for new service with this modem.

Also I noticed that the P/N Number on the modem lable is differant than the one on the box that it came in. Should I be concerned about that?

So Much to learn about after being in the Dark Ages with Dial Up for over 10 years.

Thank your for any info.

Can you post a scan of "page 26"?

As far as I know, the only reset should be through the internal diagnostic access.

I have an SB6120, and there are no buttons on it anywhere.

I haven't seen a reset button on a SB51XX model, either.

Well, from "Page 26": It definitely states that the SB6120 is supposed to have an external reset button on the back. This is most likely a mistake. If there were such a button, it would have to be a deep set micro button in some hole, since no one I know has stated such a button exists in plain site. Now, looking at the back doesn't show any holes; so, I would chalk this declaration to a mistake. Who knows, Motorola may have intended to actually add such a switch, but didn't.
