yes you are right I screwed up the dns server number I recommen you do an ip lookup on 207.5.171.1 and see if thats any beter, as for my config . all mso always blame the consumer and or equipment. So as I said New modem coming, I placed my zoom on a friends line (he is on fairpoint we will see how it works there), and by Tuesday I will have a new one so that will be ruled out as a problem.

Hello,
Again, we are sorry for this issue. We have NOT received other complaints regarding issues with the GWI DNS servers.
I would like to send you a GWI modem to place in the circuit so we can do some testing with our modem to diagnose and work to resolve this issue.
Please email support@gwi.net attention Rik and I will follow up and ship a modem to you for testing purposes.
