 | KTRK-TV 13 in Houston-NO NASCAR Jesus freakin' Christ . . . channel 13 is showing a preseason freakin' football game instead of the NASCAR race from Bristol. I've got no problems with people that like football but come on. A preseason game between the Saints and the new "Aints" (Texans).
I like football, but really, preseason games are a joke even to hard core fans. I figured they would at least show a replay of the race around midnight or so, but they're re-playing the freakin' football game again.
Sorry for the rant . . . maybe someday I'll unblock channel 13 so the family can watch it again . . . but then again, ABC really doesn't have anything worth watching anyway. |

 | reply to TreeTopFlyer Maybe their next move will be to buy the Chronicle that no one buys or reads unless they find it in the bathroom or laying on a chair somewhere. That was real good planning by both Nascar and TV 13 |

The email reply I got from KTRK also explained that (after the fact for me). Something like channel 685 I think. Of course they were probably talking about Comcast channels and I use DirecTV (at the moment)
I agree 100%
I've been to Broomfield and completely understand. |

We recorded it and watched it the next day. You would have thought this information would have been made available online and during the pregame/game. I looked and didn't see any notice whatsoever. Understandably, the more eyes on the game, the more ad dollars, but still I thought what KTRK did bordered on dishonesty. As it turns out, the race wasn't near as exciting as I hoped it would be. |
