Re: [HELP] Chicago ISSUES - *ONGOING* If you post tests from the RCN sight along with offnet results it makes it easier to offer any kind of information. I'm not saying that posting results from other sites is bad but the information from RCN's site is far more valuable to us as well as posting the encoded mac that the RCN page displays really makes it simpler for us to investigate. But when you test against RCN's systems the results show up in our databases that filter into reports that make there way through the company. Tests from other systems bypass any measurement that RCN can get and don't aid us in helping you out as much.
