<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/505283"><b>ArchAngel21x</b></A> : I find comfort in the fact that with the right "channels", complaints will be taken seriously. The problem is when people are having a bad experience with their internet provider they just complain to their friends and family. Therefore nothing is done to improve the situation. <br><br>It would be most helpful if someone would be willing to provide local and national addresses and phone numbers for organizations that will help out.
