<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/454415"><b>SlasherX$</b></A> : Adelphia is not bad everywhere. It isn't bad from a place that they took over. Comcast used to be the provider here about 1/2 a year ago here. I get excellent speeds like before, but they need the money to upgrade their current situation. If they get a major loan, I am pretty sure that they could make the payment back, if after they upgrade their status, mainly because they won't have to be giving refunds daily for downtime.]]></description>
