new message indicator outage?
Starting sometime this morning (Wed 08/25/2010) the "New Message" indicator for new voicemail messages stopped working on my V-Portal. Also the phone connected to the V-Portal no longer indicates new messages.
No stutter on the dial tone either. However, when I phone in to my line, I am told that there are new messages.
Finally, e-mail notification of new voicemail also does not work.
1)I have already rebooted the Portal.
2)I have logged on to the website and disabled and re-enabled voicemail.
I already submitted a report via the Vonage website.
Anybody else seeing this behavior?
