the title of worst managed service or lack thereof surely fits the bill. they claim that the computer dropped my account with direct billing to my credit number and so they want to charge me for correcting this.we are faxing a new form to them but have zero confidence that they will handle it any better than the first form we sent. the billing is screwed up and the service is lousy.most days this summer we could not get on to the internet.
