Listing all our must-see and must-eat items would make this post very long. I'll just say: in 3 days at the Fair, we will consume more deep-fried sugar than all the rest of the year. |

I miss the corn dogs. The ones around here, even the "fresh" ones, do not measure up to the standards established at the Minnesota State Fair. I'll bet it's been twenty years since I've been there. Enjoy the show. |

Hell yeah! I just got back from a full day there.
Is it me or did prices on EVERYTHING just go up a piss load this year? $6.50 for a pork chop??? Holy crap!
...But when you get home, you know it's well worth it. |
