Re: ESPN3 Model Uhh, Net Neutrality was called "common carrier" model until we got bent over by the Powell FCC and their lobbyist cronies. It's what works in the rest of the world... which is currently leaving the USA in a cloud of dust on broadband speed, cost and availability.
Ownership of rights-of-way, wooden poles, wires and metro-cable plant does NOT define ISP. You can take the sphincter stretching if you like it I suppose - I, and most informed people here, prefer not.
