I am on the 40/5 tier and I get around 32/4.5.

My actual connection speed though is 35, my house wiring is not good enough to handle the 40 I believe

Thanks. I'd rather see it a little closer to the 40/20, but I"ll take what I've got. Good thing is that it's only $19.95 for the first 6 months. Bad thing is that it goes up to $85 per month after that.

I think you are pretty close to the 15% you should account for on their end.

Anyways the nice thing I have found is that the qwest network I see full speeds no matter what compared to comcast where I almost never got full speeds when downloading.

I know what you mean.....I'm totally happy with my speeds. The upload is so fast it's amazing. Its worlds faster than what I was getting with my prior ISP.
