I think you are pretty close to the 15% you should account for on their end.
Anyways the nice thing I have found is that the qwest network I see full speeds no matter what compared to comcast where I almost never got full speeds when downloading. -- 801 Images
I know what you mean.....I'm totally happy with my speeds. The upload is so fast it's amazing. Its worlds faster than what I was getting with my prior ISP. -- If you need a re-format, just ask and I'll do it. If you don't need one, just give me 5 minutes with your computer, and you will.
