Re: So, Hotfile is throttled? During What Times? I already emailed HF describing the fact that I get only 30KB/s, but I didn't get any reply so far.
I'll let you know when they'll give me an answer.
Anyhow, even if I tell them that I think BHell is doing that, I don't think HE will contact them.
Well, at least I could give it a try.

I don't have premium, but yes, I have Hotfile downloads throttled too.

I remember when the issue of file sharing services being throttled was brought up for the first time a few months back.
The responses to these claims were filled with skepticism and the assumption was that the user didn't have a premium account which had to explain why transfers were slow.
It's good to finally see that this is being acknowledged.
I'm not sure what Hotfile could actually do about this though. Probably nothing. |

| I emailed twice to HF explaining the problem, but I didn't get any reply so far. I think that, even though they can't solve the problem, they still should have replied. Well, that being the situation, once my Premium subscription will expire I won't prolong it again.
