They had no idea, and asked if their techs could call me since I have "awesome equipment" lol. No, just LINUX AND A BRAIN.

I'm going to see about filing suit , class action , theres got to be SLA's and such involved. Most cable co's guarantee minimum ISDN speeds, well this is 56k speed and Im not the only one.
